At KC Photography, we understand that purchasing digital images is an investment in memories, art, or storytelling. Whether you're buying a single image or a full gallery, we’re committed to providing high-quality files, clear licensing, and reliable service.

 

🛍️ Purchasing Digital Images

• Instant Downloads: Purchased images will be available immediately upon payment via a secure download link. Some custom collections may take up to 24 hours to process.

• File Format: All images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format unless otherwise specified at checkout.

• Most images are either 4000 by 6000 or 6000 by 4000 pixels with a 240 resolution unless otherwise specified. 

• Watermark-Free: Final images will be free of watermarks and ready for use.

 

✅ What’s Included With Your Purchase

• High-Resolution Files: Suitable for printing, sharing online, and long-term archiving.

• Personal Use License: You may use the images for personal display, prints, social media, or digital albums.

• One-Time Download: We recommend backing up your images promptly, as the link may expire after 30 days.

 

🔄 Re-Download & Backup

• Need to download again? Email us within 30 days and we’ll resend the link for free.

• After 30 days, a small archival recovery fee may apply if you request access to files.

 

🖼️ Image Quality & Edits

• Images are sold as-is, reflecting our final artistic edit. Additional retouching or customization is available for an added fee.

• If you notice a technical issue (e.g. corrupted file, incorrect image), contact us within 7 days and we’ll resolve it promptly.

 

🧾 Refund & Exchange Policy

• All digital sales are final. Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

• If a technical issue prevents you from accessing or using your image, we’ll work with you to replace or repair the file.

 

📸 Licensing & Usage

• Personal Use: Your purchase includes the right to use the image for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Commercial Licensing: If you intend to use the image for marketing, branding, resale, or promotional materials, please contact us for a separate commercial license.

• Credit is appreciated when sharing on public platforms: tag or mention @throughkcs.lens when possible.

 

🔒 Privacy & Security

• All transactions are processed securely via encrypted platforms.

• We do not share or sell customer data. Your image purchases and email address are safe with us.

• Your gallery and download links are private and only shared with you.
